國際港航市場發展迅速、變化多樣,充滿挑戰的同時也令人振奮。該崗位將主要負責德路里在中國地區的品牌推廣和研究報告銷售,通過系統性的規劃與現有客戶建立更緊密的關系、開拓新的客戶業務,并提高德路里在中國市場的知名度。您將會與公司內部的專業團隊一同協作,您的貢獻將對我們在中國市場的發展起到關鍵作用。

主要職責

  1. 溝通并了解客戶需求,為其提供合適的研究報告或服務建議,并幫助客戶順利完成報告訂閱,包括其中可能涉及的一些行政工作

  2. 幫助客戶與德路里專家交流,協助解決客戶的問題

  3. 維護現有客戶,維系與客戶的長期合作,并推動業務增長

  4. 了解市場客戶情況,開拓新的業務機會,推進與新客戶的聯系交流

  5. 與德路里其他地區的客戶服務和市場營銷團隊協作,維護德路里內部客戶管理平臺上的信息更新

  6. 協助倫敦的市場營銷部門主管,準備并實施德路里在中國市場的宣傳計劃安排,包括但不限于推廣材料的本土化翻譯、提出符合當地市場的營銷策略建議等

  7. 發掘、建立并管理德路里在中國的宣傳媒介,例如與業內媒體的溝通交流、微信平臺/視頻號的管理等

資質要求

  1. 5年及以上工作經驗,有海事背景者優先

  2. 優秀的溝通技巧,擅長建立和保持良好關系

  3. 有能力解讀客戶需求并提出解決方案

  4. 可靠,具有高度的自主性

  5. 結果導向,擁有對成功的渴望

  6. 本科及以上學歷,有海外工作或學習經驗者優先

  7. 普通話流利,書面和口頭英語達到商務水平

What we offer

This is an exciting opportunity within the fast-moving and diverse world of international shipping. You will be primarily responsible for the promotion of the Drewry brand and sales of Drewry research services in China, with a particular focus on building closer relations with existing clients through a structured account planning process and winning new business and raising the profile of the Drewry brand among priority target audiences in China. You will work with a professional team in a supportive and collaborative way, and your contributions will be a key part of the activities supporting the business plan in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Communicate and understand customers’ needs, offer corresponding publications or services, and support customers’ smooth subscription progress, including admin works.

  2. Coordinate between clients and Drewry experts to support clients in problem-solving.

  3. Responsible for the maintenance of existing clients, to keep long-term relationships and drive profitable growth.

  4. Improve intel against China-based contacts/accounts, identify key growth opportunities and advance the relationships with customers.

  5. Maintain record of all interactions and conversations with clients and prospects in the Drewry CRM platform, coordinating closely with the customer services and marketing team in other regions.

  6. Working with the head of marketing in London, prepare and execute marketing plan and schedule of activity for Drewry in China market, including but not limited to localizing group company’s marketing materials and suggesting ideas for suitable local tactics.

  7. Identify, establish and manage relationships with priority local industry/trade publications and media/communications channels like Wechat platform.

Qualifications

  1. 5 years working experience. Maritime background is preferred.

  2. Excellent communication skills, and an ability to build up and maintain good relationships with people.

  3. Ability to decode customer needs and propose solutions.

  4. Highly self-motivated and reliable.

  5. Result-driven and hungry for success.

  6. Bachelor degree or above. Overseas experience preferred.

  7. Mandarin fluent, English business level for both written and oral English.
